About the estate
The Weinschach estate located in Krems an der Donau in the Kremstal region is run by Martina and Andreas Schachenhuber. The winery specializes in the production of natural sparkling wine using the méthode ancestral and relies on a uncompromising approach entirely without additives such as sugar or yeast. All processes from the vineyard to the disgorged bottle are carried out manually and completely in-house. The sparkling wines are produced in limited micro-quantities and are characterized by a purist and precise style.
