The Swiss family-run enterprise Weinkellerei Paul Gasser is managed by two generations and has been dedicated to refining grapes and fruits for over forty years. The winery combines classical winemaking with longstanding experience and modern machinery. In addition to traditional production, the business offers the processing of customer-owned raw materials, the production of sparkling wine, and beverage development. The highest priority is placed on efficient processes and consistently high quality. Furthermore, the estate emphasizes sustainability and covers a significant portion of its electricity consumption with an in-house photovoltaic system.
