Founded in 1967 and based in Mainz, the Weinkellerei Hechtsheim has developed into one of the leading wineries in Germany and Europe. Around 130 employees produce an average of approximately 60 million bottles per year, with a diverse portfolio encompassing wines, sparkling wines, reduced-alcohol and alcohol-free wines, and wine-based cocktails. State-of-the-art cellar technology featuring cross-flow filtration, desulphurization, and electrodialysis, alongside hygienic bottling under protective atmosphere, ensures the highest standards. Since 2008, the company has been a subsidiary of Les Grands Chais de France.
