The organic winery Weingut & Landhotel im Klostereck Strubel-Roos is a family-run estate located in the heart of Rheinhessen. The vineyards are cultivated strictly according to ecological guidelines without synthetic pesticides, fungicides, or chemical fertilizers. In addition to classic organic wines, the portfolio includes fine Crémant and pure organic grape juice. A prominent example is the single-vineyard Riesling from the Ensheimer Kachelberg site, which is characterized by deep shell limestone. The selectively harvested grapes mature there into mineral and characterful wines.
