The Udo Weber estate is managed in the eleventh generation by Laura and her parents, located in Monzingen in the Nahe region. The winery cultivates vineyards in the renowned sites Monzinger FRÜHLINGSPLÄTZCHEN and HALENBERG, which feature a great diversity of soils such as green slate, red sandstone, quartzite, and blue slate. By precisely examining the microclimate, soil, and solar radiation of each parcel, the matching grape variety is selected. To minimize environmental impact and maximize grape quality, the winery relies on conscious cultivation, efficient water management, renewable energy, and biodiversity.
