About the estate

The Schott winery is located in the hills of Rhenish Hesse in Stadecken-Elsheim and is run as a family business. The 25 hectares of vineyards are distributed across the sites Stadecker Lenchen, Stadecker Spitzberg, Essenheimer Teufelspfad, and Elsheimer Blume. The vineyards are planted with 70 percent white wine varieties and 30 percent red wine varieties. Alongside traditional varieties such as Riesling and Pinot varieties, the estate cultivates specialties including St.Laurent, Chardonnay, Perle, and Gewürztraminer. In addition to wines, the portfolio includes sparkling wines, Secco, liqueurs, and brandies, as well as an on-site tavern.

The eno directory lists 23 wines, mostly from Riesling and Pinot Gris.
