About the estate
The Röll winery is located on the sun plateau of Unterinn on the Ritten in South Tyrol and is run as a family business. The historic mountain farm was converted from livestock farming to viticulture in 2013 and now encompasses two hectares of vineyards. The vineyards are situated at an altitude of 1050 meters within the Alto Adige DOC appellation and are planted with grape varieties such as Müller Thurgau. The alpine climate with cold autumn nights naturally promotes the acidity of the grapes required for the traditional method of bottle fermentation. The product range includes sparkling wines and aperitifs.
