Weingut Paulinshof

About the estate

The Paulinshof estate cultivates 31 hectares of vineyards in renowned steep and very steep sites along the Moselle river, such as the Brauneberger Juffer and the Brauneberger Juffer-Sonnenuhr. On the iron-rich slate soils, primarily the Riesling grape variety thrives, being crafted into various Prädikat wines and dry wines. The historic vineyards of the estate look back on a long tradition, which is documented by findings such as a Roman wine press installation. The winery places emphasis on environmentally friendly cultivation of its steep vineyard areas.

The eno directory lists 16 wines, mostly from Riesling and Pinot Blanc. The estate sells to retail.
