The Weingut Mehling GbR estate is run by Kathrin and Christoph in Deidesheim in the Palatinate region. The winery consistently relies on organic farming and intensive manual labor in the vineyards to create a habitat for a diverse flora and fauna. In the cellar, the grapes are processed gently so that the wines can fully develop their natural character. The centerpiece of the portfolio is Riesling, which grows on various soils in vineyard sites such as Kalkofen, Kieselberg, and Herrgottsacker. These multifaceted wines impressively reflect their origin from the region.
