The Maso Thaler estate is situated on a 630-meter-high hill in Gleno above Montan in South Tyrol, with origins dating back to 1812. The vineyards are located in a region characterized by porphyry soils with dolomitic limestone infiltrations, which is noted for cultivating Pinot Nero and various white grape varieties. A windy climate with significant diurnal temperature ranges and a south-southwesterly exposure ensure optimal grape maturation. These geographical and climatic conditions impart freshness, sapidity, and longevity to the wines.
