The Hommes estate cultivates vineyards along the Moselle in Ernst. The portfolio includes steep-slope Riesling, red wine matured in barrique barrels, lively rosé wine, and sparkling wine in styles ranging from dry to noble sweet. In the cellar, the winery follows the philosophy of accompanying the wine through its creation rather than altering it. Direct sales of the wines take place at the estate, and visitors can taste the products on site.
