About the estate
The Weingut Höfling estate was founded in 1988 in Eußenheim in the Franconia region. The winery cultivates four sites, namely Eußenheimer First, Gössenheimer Homburg, Stettener Stein, and Gambacher Kalbenstein. The extensive portfolio includes Silvaner, Riesling, Müller-Thurgau, Kerner, various Pinot varieties, the Franconian red wine specialty Domina, and several aromatic grape varieties. All wines are produced vegan, as the estate completely refrains from using animal-derived fining agents. The wines are distributed nationally in gastronomy as well as through the estate's own online shop.
The eno directory lists one wine. The estate sells to horeca.
