About the estate

The Hillepranter winery is run by the Kapfinger family in Marling near Merano in South Tyrol. Ancestors already cultivated wine on the estate before the winery began vinifying its own wines in 2021. The vineyards are located on steep southeast-facing slopes at altitudes between 450 and 550 meters above sea level. The interplay of alpine and Mediterranean climates shapes the estate's wines. The portfolio includes Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir rosé, Vernatsch, and Pinot Noir.
