About the estate
The Haug estate in Lindau on Lake Constance has been managed in the second generation since 2002. The winemakers produce characterful and independent Lake Constance wines in organic quality. The operation combines classical know-how with unconventional approaches and fresh ideas gathered during winemaking travels overseas. In addition to estate wine, the portfolio includes traditional sparkling wines as well as an on-site tavern for direct service.
The eno directory lists 25 wines, mostly from Cabernet Cortis and Pinot Noir. The estate sells to retail and horeca.
