About the estate

The Weingut Hahn estate looks back on a long history dating back to 1747 and is managed as a family business in the tenth generation in Kröv on the Mosel. The vineyards extend over renowned sites such as Kröver Steffensberg, Letterlay, Kirchlay, and Paradies, which are primarily characterized by Devonian slate soils. The portfolio includes traditional grape varieties such as Riesling and Pinot Noir, alongside forward-looking fungus-resistant grape varieties like Muscaris and Cabernet Jura. Wines are produced in the cellar in various styles ranging from dry to noble sweet, alongside sparkling wines. The winery combines traditional heritage with new approaches while placing a strong focus on sustainability.
