About the estate
The Weingut Georg Müller Stiftung estate produces top-tier wines in the Rheingau region under the ownership of Peter Winter. As a founding member of the VDP, the winery commits to the highest quality standards and sustainable practices both in the vineyard and the cellar. The diverse soil management avoids mineral fertilizers and herbicides, relying instead on mixed cover crops sown between the rows. Grape quality is shaped through winter pruning and meticulous seasonal work, with the majority of healthy grapes harvested by hand. The property also features an art cellar and a vinotheque at its location in Eltville am Rhein-Hattenheim.
