About the estate
The Weingut Fuchs estate is a traditional family business dating back to 1626, located in Flörsheim-Dalsheim in southern Hesse. The roughly 30 hectares of vineyards are divided evenly between red and white grape varieties across the Rheinhessen and Palatinate wine regions. The vineyards are situated on deep loess-loam soils in the Wonnegau area and on stony southern slopes in the Zellertal valley. In the estate's own cellar, the musts undergo temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The winery is managed by Hans-Jakob Fuchs and Sebastian Bayer.
