About the estate
The Ernst Steffens estate cultivates vineyard sites such as Adler, Königslay-Terrassen, Stephansberg, Fettgarten, Nonnengarten, Burglay-Felsen, and Klosterberg along the Moselle. The mineral slate steep slopes provide the natural foundation for the characteristic taste of the wines. Tradition and modernity are combined in the family-run business during grape processing. Harvesting is done by hand, and maturation takes place either in traditional oak barrels or in modern stainless steel tanks. The portfolio includes white wine, red wine, rosé, Rotling, sparkling wine, grape juice, and spirits.
