About the estate

The Ems-Post winery in Eltville am Rhein looks back on a long tradition that began in 1887 with the first cultivation of grapes in what was then a mixed agricultural business. Today, brothers Ralph and Markus Post run the estate as a family business involving multiple generations. The vineyard area has since grown to 19 hectares and extends across well-known sites such as the Eltville Sonnenberg, Kalbspflicht, Taubenberg, and Langenstück, as well as locations in neighboring communities. Cultivation benefits from the technical expertise of the trained winemakers and modern management methods.
