About the estate
The Daum winery is located in the village of Dorsheim in the Nahe region within the Trollbach valley. The history of the family business began in 1908 when the grandfather purchased the old forge and initial vineyards. Since 1975, the estate has been managed by Roland Daum, with the next generation, Daniel Philipp, now active in the family operation. The focus is on combining tradition with modern knowledge to work with the diverse soils and steep slopes of the Nahe region.
