About the estate
The Weinberg-Dio estate cultivates one hectare of vineyards in steep locations within the rear Rheingau region. Operations are conducted in joint management with organic winemaker Jochen Neher from the Mohr winery in Lorch. The technical foundation builds upon studies and work at Geisenheim University as well as at the Mohr winery starting in 2021. The portfolio focuses on developing the potential for Riesling and Pinot Noir. Initial wines from the estate are already available.
