The Weinbau Familie Strohmayer estate is a small family-run winery located in Oberhautzental in the southern Weinviertel region. Across a vineyard area of 1.5 hectares, the family personally tends to the vines situated on gentle slopes with deep loess soils. The operational approach combines traditional manual labor in vineyard care with modern cellar techniques during vinification. The portfolio features wines under the Weinviertel DAC denomination, which are produced through gentle grape processing and controlled fermentation.
