Weihermühle

About the estate

Located in Geisenheim within the Elsterbach valley, the Weihermühle estate looks back on a history dating back to 1339, which originally began as a grain mill and established viticulture from 1803 onwards. Following various owners and generational changes, the Jung family took over the traditional property in April 2025. Today, the estate is managed together with their children, with son Max being responsible for the entire viticulture as a trained winemaker and prospective wine technician. In addition to winegrowing, an active farm life with animals and a tavern shape the image of the family-run business in the Rheingau region.

The eno directory lists 19 wines, mostly from Riesling and Pinot Noir.
