About the estate

The traditional Weingut Faubel estate in Maikammer looks back on a long history dating back to 1492 and has been family-owned for generations. Today, the winery is run by Gerd Faubel and his son Louis Faubel, who combine established traditions with modern impulses. The vineyards extend across renowned sites in Maikammer, Gimmeldingen, and the Haardt, with a clear focus on white wines. At the center of the portfolio are mineral Riesling and elegant Pinot varieties, complemented by aromatic rosés and structured red wines such as Pinot Noir. Gentle cellar maturation and sustainable, nature-friendly vineyard management shape the distinctive character of these wines from the Palatinate.
