About the estate
The family-run Vins Eber estate is located in Bischoffsheim in Alsace and has been cultivating a vineyard area of about ten hectares spread across four communes since 1936. The winery follows sustainable agricultural practices and oversees the entire production process from harvest to bottling in-house. The portfolio includes a variety of traditional regional grape varieties as well as special attributes such as Vendanges Tardives and Sélection de Grains Nobles. Vinification involves controlled juice settling and aging on fine lees to enhance structure and intensity.
