About the estate

The family-run estate Vinofol, s.r.o. was established in 1992 by brothers Pavel and Richard Foltýn and involves additional family members in its operations. The winery in Novosedly relies heavily on its own vineyards, notably including the sites in Pavlov characterised by unique limestone soils. The regional soils feature gravel, sand, clay, and limestone deposits, complemented by a distinct microclimate along the Dyje River. Modern cellar technology ensures the gentle processing and vinification of grapes for wines within the Morava denomination.
