About the estate
The Vínna pivnica Kyseľ winery is located in Pukanec on the upper part of the Vajrab hill, making use of historical cellar vaults that were carved into weathered andesite by former miners centuries ago. The family acquired the cellar in the nineteen-eighties and currently cultivates vineyards in Pukanec, which are characterised by a specific soil composition, altitude and southeastern slope exposure. The grape variety portfolio includes traditional varieties such as Rizling vlašský and Pesecká leánka. Due to their depth and structural properties, the historical cellars provide a stable year-round temperature that is ideally suited for wine storage.
