About the estate
The Czech winery Vinařství MERLON s.r.o. located in Žabčice within the Velkopavlovická wine subregion was founded in 2000 as a small family-run business. Currently, the estate manages three hectares of its own vineyards directly in the local terroir, dedicating most of its energy to the care of the vines. Cellar operations are specifically designed to process grapes and juice exclusively through gravity without the use of pumps. This exceptionally gentle processing method serves as the fundamental basis for the quality of the wines produced under the Morava denomination.
