About the estate

The small family-run Vinařství Měřínský estate is located in Žabčice in the northern part of the Velkopavlovická wine sub-region within the Morava wine region. The history of the winery began in 1976, when the father and grandfather planted the first grapevine. Today, the estate produces wines exclusively from its own, self-cultivated grapes to ensure continuous control over production quality. During vinification, the manufacturing process is individually adapted to the characteristics of the grapes from the estate's own vineyards, focusing on traditional methods and a minimal use of sulfur dioxide.

The eno directory lists 12 wines, mostly from Sauvignon Blanc and Müller-Thurgau.
