About the estate
The family-run Vinařství Blažek winery was established in 2003 in Dolní Bojanovice within the Morava wine region, continuing the tradition of past generations. The vineyards are distributed across the sites of Zvolence, Staré hores, Přední hora, and in the neighbouring municipality of Josefov at Kukvička. Cultivated grape varieties include Ryzlink rýnský, Ryzlink vlašský, Sauvignon, Tramín červený, Pálava, Rulandské bílé, Chardonnay, Frankovka, Merlot, Dornfelder, and Cabernet Moravia, with Ryzlink rýnský serving as the dominant variety. To ensure quality, crop yields are reduced as necessary. The portfolio ranges from fresh, fruit-driven wines to fuller styles aged on the lees and matured in oak, acacia, and barrique barrels.
The eno directory lists 13 wines, mostly from Cabernet Moravia and Ryzlink Rýnský.
