The Vinarija Vinum winery is located in Sremski Karlovci within the Fruška gora wine region and originally developed from a hobby. From eight hectares of vineyards, the estate produces around thirty-five thousand liters of wine annually in limited batches. The portfolio includes white wines such as Grašac Beli, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay, a rosé, red wines like Frankovka and Pinot Noir, the traditional aromatized dessert wine Bermet, and sparkling wines. The cellar is equipped with modern technology for temperature control, fermentation management, and cold stabilization. Additionally, the estate welcomes visitors for wine tastings and guided tours with food pairings upon request.
