About the estate
The Villa San Carlo winery is located on the eastern hills of Verona in Montorio Veronese. In 1958, Gianni Pavesi purchased the estate, which is managed today by his daughters Antonia and Cristina. The property spans seventy hectares of land, with twenty hectares dedicated to vineyards. The calcareous soils and mild climate provide ideal conditions for viticulture. Winemaking combines modern technologies with traditional methods, which includes the use of a specialized drying loft for the grapes.
