About the estate
The Villa Persani estate is located in Pressano, a small village north of Trento situated on hills where viticulture has been established for centuries. The winery was founded in 2006 by Silvano Clementi, who built upon the farming heritage and ideas passed down from his father Renzo. All vineyards and orchards are managed organically, holding ICEA organic certification and, since 2016, an additional Bio-Vegan certification. The farm's work also includes the restoration of historical dry stone walls and terraces alongside the cultivation of the native Pressano grape variety Nosiola.
