About the estate
The Villa Davoli estate is located in Emilia-Romagna in the countryside of Reggio Emilia and looks back on a long family tradition. The villa, originally built in 1934 as a summer residence, and the surrounding estate were acquired by the family in 1974. Today, current owner Daniele Rota manages the winery and utilizes the historic buildings as a cellar and vinegar cellar. The wines originate in Sabbione on fertile soils featuring a unique microclimate. The portfolio includes organically produced wines from grape varieties such as Spergola, Lambrusco, Malvasia, and Ancelotta, crafted using various traditional methods.
The eno directory lists 7 wines, mostly from Spergola and Lambrusco. The estate sells to retail.
