About the estate

The Vigneti di Ettore winery has its roots in 1930, when the foundation for the current estate was laid. The approximately 19 hectares of vineyards are distributed across the hills of the Negrar valley in the heart of Valpolicella Classica at altitudes ranging from 190 to 450 meters. In addition to well-known main varieties such as Corvina and Rondinella, traditional and historical grape varieties are also cultivated. The family relies on biological sustainability, traditional pergola training, and selective hand harvesting in the vineyards. Today, the estate is managed in the fourth generation, with Gabriele leading the vinification.
