About the estate
The Vicara winery looks back on a centuries-old history that began in 1450 with the Visconti family and was officially established in 1992 through the union of the Ravizza and Cassinis families. Today, a new generation manages the estate with the aim of promoting the local area and native grape varieties such as Grignolino del Monferrato Casalese. The working method is characterized by precision, dedication, and careful attention to every detail from the vineyard to the bottle. This approach results in distinctive wines with a strong identity and a soulful character.
