About the estate

The Trenz winery is a family-owned estate headquartered in Geisenheim with a winemaking tradition in the Rheingau dating back to 1670. The estate combines centuries of experience in viticulture with modern know-how to produce structured wines with a distinct profile. Sustainable practices are prioritized through the complete avoidance of insecticides and herbicides to foster biodiversity and maintain healthy soils. In addition to its domestic vineyards, the estate has cultivated half a hectare on the island of Amrum since 2024 and two hectares in Stellenbosch, South Africa. This results in an international portfolio that bridges regional origin with innovative projects.
