About the estate
The Torredemer Mangin estate farms around 40 hectares of vineyards in Vingrau within the Roussillon region. Founded by Romain Torredemer and Thomas Mangin, the winery combines the expertise of two generations rooted in the area. The vineyards are situated on clay-limestone soils within the dramatic cirque of Vingrau and are fully certified organic. The grape variety portfolio includes Grenache and Carignan, among others. Soil management relies on regular plworking, partly carried out with a draft horse.
