About the estate

The Tenute Salvaterra Spa estate is located in Cengia, a hamlet of San Pietro in Cariano in the heart of Valpolicella classica. The winery is situated at Villa Giona, a late fifteenth-century Venetian residence surrounded by cypress trees, olive groves, and vineyards. On the hills of this region, the producer cultivates traditional indigenous grape varieties such as Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella. The wines are created in harmony with the unique pedoclimatic conditions of the surrounding area and traditional winemaking practices.
