About the estate
The Tenute Ólbios estate is located in the Gallura region of Sardinia and is managed by Daniela Pinna. The vineyards include the Vena Fiorita, Sussula, and Piscolvei sites with granite and sandy soils. Farming follows integrated agricultural practices without herbicides and with minimal irrigation. Traditional hand harvesting is carried out exclusively with grapes from the estate's own production. In the winery, historical stone architecture is combined with modern technology for a purely vegan winemaking process.
The eno directory lists 10 wines, mostly from Vermentino and Muristellu.
