About the estate

The historic Springiersbacher Hof estate was founded in 1997 by the Borchert family in Ediger on the Moselle. The starting point was a small leased vineyard in the Ediger Feuerberg, which over the years expanded to steep and very steep slopes in renowned locations such as the Calmont and the Elzhofberg. Today, the winery cultivates an area of three hectares and operates a distillery alongside its wine production. The family relies on manual labor and manages the estate from within the historical, listed buildings of the village.
