The Roman Sorger winery located in Trausdorf an der Wulka looks back on a history that began in 1923 when the great-grandmother planted the first vines. The estate relies on a natural approach to viticulture, allowing the vines and nature to follow their own development. In the cellar, the wine is given the necessary time and strength to fully develop. Patience, mindfulness, and a conscious engagement with the evolution of the wine characterize the producer's methods. The bottle labels feature a cut-out point designed according to the golden ratio, providing a view into the interior of the bottle.
