About the estate
The Serre Spumanti estate was founded by Camillo Pederiva and Rosa Mattiola and is now managed in the second generation by their sons Luca and Marco. Located in Miane in the Veneto region, the winery cultivates steep vineyards in Combai within the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Prosecco hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. Viticulture is characterized by manual harvesting and sustainable agricultural practices that avoid synthetic fertilizers and chemical weed control. The portfolio features the indigenous Verdiso variety alongside several expressions of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG. Commitment to quality and environmental responsibility is underscored by certifications including SQNPI, BRCGS, IFS, and Equalitas.
