About the estate

The winery Sektkellerei Deidesheim GmbH & Co. KG has been cultivating sparkling wine culture in the heart of the Palatinate along the German Wine Route since its founding year in 1957, building on a 400-year family history of winemaking. Riesling and Chardonnay grapes grow in the estate's own vineyards, with a special focus on Riesling sparkling wines produced on the calcareous loam soils of the Mittelhaardt. The assortment includes Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gewürztraminer, Pinot sparkling wines, as well as specialties such as Weisser Heunisch sparkling wine and semi-sparkling wine. All sparkling wines are produced using traditional bottle fermentation.
