About the estate
The Braunbach sparkling wine and wine estate was founded in 1991 by Hans Kleon and is located in South Tyrol on the sunny slopes west of Bolzano. Production takes place in the historic cellars of the Teutonic Order in Siebeneich, which were once owned by the Bishop of Bressanone. The portfolio includes South Tyrolean sparkling wine produced according to the traditional method as well as white and red wines. Cultivation and winemaking take place in the renovated facilities, utilizing stainless steel tanks and wooden barrels for maturation.
