About the estate

The Schütz Karl winery cultivates 6.5 hectares of vineyards located in the heart of the Wachau World Heritage site, spanning across all districts of Arnsdorf. Situated on the south bank of the Wachau, the vineyards range from the Tranthal Riesling site to the loess-rich Grüner Veltliner vineyards in Poigen near Bacharnsdorf. As a member of the Vinea Wachau association, the estate is dedicated to preserving nature and producing wines that authentically express their terroir. In addition to viticulture, the business manages two hectares of apricot orchards, offering fresh fruit, distillates, and apricot nectar.
