About the estate

The Schober Franz & Maria family winery is located in Kleinwetzdorf in the Weinviertel region and has been run as a family business since 1984. Spanning a consciously managed vineyard area of 1.2 hectares, great importance is attached to healthy grape material, moderate yields, and targeted canopy management. The production focus lies on fruit-driven white wines such as Grüner Veltliner as Weinviertel DAC, complemented by Gelber Muskateller, Gemischter Satz, and Zweigelt. The portfolio also includes an in-house sparkling wine produced by traditional bottle fermentation as well as non-alcoholic grape juice.
