About the estate

The Schamböck winery is a traditional family estate located in Pillichsdorf on the border of the Marchfeld and the Weinviertel hill country. The estate has been in operation since the early 20th century and is now managed in the fourth generation. Since 2012, Günter Schamböck has led the winery with the support of his parents. Alongside a manageable vineyard area dedicated to regional white and red wines, the estate places great emphasis on careful processing and temperature-controlled fermentation in the cellar.

The eno directory lists 16 wines, mostly from Gelber Muskateller and Grüner Veltliner. The estate sells to retail.
