About the estate
The Sax estate is located in the high altitudes of Prebuch and is managed by Romana and Hans, while Gerlinde and Robert oversee the hospitality in the estate's own Buschenschank tavern. The climatic and geographical conditions in these high locations provide optimal conditions for grape ripening. Hand-harvested grapes are processed into wine with great care and dedication. In addition to viticulture, the operation cultivates several hectares of land with various fruit varieties such as apples, apricots, and currants.
