The Saveur Gascogne - Domaine de Malartic estate is located in Sarragachies in the Gers department and has been owned by the Périssé family for five generations. The vineyards are situated on plateaus with boulbènes on grebb soils across slopes overlooking the Pyrenees. The grape variety portfolio includes traditional varieties such as Colombard, Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng, Sauvignon, Ugni Blanc, Tannat, Cabernet, Merlot, Baco, and Fer Servadou. The portfolio comprises Côtes de Gascogne IGP, Floc de Gascogne, and Bas-Armagnac. In its farming practices, the estate places strong emphasis on biodiversity preservation, controlled plant protection, natural fertilizers, and sustainable water management.
